ORDER PROCESS

The average processing time is approximately 3 to 10 business days for local merch , for Official merch 2-3 WEEKS .Official merch import from South Koreans where house (weverse official shop),   . however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some order can take between 10 - 12  business days to process. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

LOCAL SHIPPING TIME 

For express shipping, the delivery agents usually take between 2 to 5 days for most orders for domestic shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live, and can be affected by different factors such as customs or delayed shipping. After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated, however, when there is no update after 3 days, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation immediately. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email. Please note that the tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country. So don't worry if you are having trouble tracking your items. HOLIDAY SEASONS

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

EXCHANGE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item  you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once you accepted exchange we will redeliver your item as exchange

REFUND 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS 

If you input the incorrect delivery address or absence at the time of delivery; we are not responsible if the item is returned back to us. If the customer package is returned to SEOUL , we have to charge the original shipping fee to send it back to you. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, we always contact the customers first in order to receive confirmation. Please keep in mind that we can’t process this matter until the customer package has physically arrived back to our shipping department. If the customer’s package gets forwarded back to us but if it gets lost during delivery while in-transit, SEOUL is not reliable for the matter stated above.

PACKAGE STOLEN/DAMAGED 

SEOUL is not responsible for loss/damaged packages after the order is shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a case. Please keep in mind, the only thing we can do is to assist you to file a case with the carrier.

Out box is to only protect contents inside therefore out box damage cannot be a reason for a return or exchange. Please take an un-boxing video in case of defective or missing contents inside.

CUSTOM & DUTIES

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are included in the item price. It is possible to change tax Charges calculating USD rate that cost it is buyer's responsibility.
